Entertainment Tent: The Walleye Festival's free entertainment tent allows visitors to get out of the sun, enjoy a cold beverage, a walleye or perch sandwich, and free entertainment ALL WEEKEND!
This year's headliners include the following: Naked Bacon Band, The Earthquakers, Midnight Special, The Junk, and Bob Gatewood!To check the time your favorite band will be playing
please check our Walleye Festival Schedule.
The Entertainment tent is free to enter all weekend and we encourage everyone to come in and enjoy a beverage while listening to your favorite music. This year we
will be serving canned beer, frosted beverage pouches such as Margarita and Pina Coloda. Pop and water will also be available. Alcoholic drinks are $4/ea
while Pop and Water is sold for $1/ea. We hope to see everyone come out for this great Festival! |

Carnival Rides: Durant Amusements brings the Carnival Rides and Games each year making the waterfront area of the park a great destination for families and the young at heart! The carnival includes
a Ferris Wheel, Spinning Swings right beside the water, Fun House, Carosel, Put Put Golf, Children's Train, Super Slide, various spinning/topsey/turvey rides, Kamakazi Fire Engine, Target Shooting Game, and smaller versions for even
the smallest of children. Try your hand at tossing rings, throwing baseballs, spraying water guns accurately, or shooting hoops to win your favorite stuffed toy or souvenir!

Craft Beer Tasting: With the popularity of craft beer emerging in our area, the Walleye Festival has added a craft beer night to our schedule. Please join us Thursday, May 23 from 6:00-11:00PM for a craft beer tasting. Live entertainment will be provided by the Last of the Wildmen and the Naked Bacon Band.
Each ticket holder will be
allowed entrance to the tent and receive a set number of tokens to trade for tastes of over 75 different beers. Tickets may be purchased in Main Street's office located at 110 Madison Street, Port Clinton right in Downtown beside the

Lighted Boat Parade sponsored by Civilian Marksmanship Program: The Walleye Festival is calling attention to our beautiful location along the Portage River and Lake Erie by holding a lighted boat parade Friday night at 9:30PM! Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and
noise makers to cheer on the participants as they make their way from the drawbridge through the river access to Lake Erie and along the beach area for the hour long parade.
Judges will be choosing their favorites and the top three boats will be receive specialized penants for display! Those interested in participating in the boat parade must fill out a registration form and submit it to Main Street Port Clinton. Everyone is welcome to participate and attend! Grande Parade sponsored by Civilian Marksmanship Program: Returning for another year! Main Street Port Clinton will again be focusing on local talent, businesses, and organizations this year!
The pararade will again go down Perry Street right beside the Walleye Festival! The Parade Route will be as follows: Beginning at 1PM at P.C.H.S. the parade will head west on 10th Street, turn and head north on Madison
turn and head east on Perry Street, turn and head south on Jefferson Street back to P.C.H.S. where it will end.
Main Street anticipates that the parade will take no longer than 1 hour. Those participating will be judged
by celebrity judges and trophies will be awarded to participants at the Award Ceremony in the Entertainment Tent beginning at 2:00PM. Those interested in participating in the parade must fill out a Parade Application and return

Walleye 5K Run/Walk: Main Street Port Clinton is teaming up with Ruth Ann's House and the Port Clinton Recreation Department again this year to host a Walleye 5K Run & Walk!
Registration begins at 9am with the Run/Walk starting promptly at 9:30am. We have a new course through a safe and flat residential Port Clinton streets. The race will end at the Event Tent at the Walleye Festival
with awards presented at Noon.
Entry Fees (no refunds): $20.00 pre-registration paid by May 25th, $25.00 day of registration, Register by mail with check payable to:

Children's Activity Area sponsored by MarineMax: Bring your children to the Kid's activity area on Saturday from 2:30 - 4:30PM for coloring, crafts, face painting, cookie decorating, corn hole,
funny photo opportunities, and games. A special appearance will be made by Michael Mage "a comedian stuck in magician's shoes". Check out Michael Mage's website

Kid's Fishing Derby: Returning for 2013 is the Kid's Fishing Derby! Many children's favorite past time includes competing in the children's fishing derby! All children UNDER the age of 13 may participate
free of charge! The kids (with help from their parents or guardians) are able to fish into a stocked pond where records will be kept of their catches to determine the winners. Each age group are able to win trophies for each of the following
categories: longest, shortest, most fish caught, and most unique.
The age groups are: under 7, 7-9, and 10-12. Registration begins at 11:00AM and Awards will be distributed at the Fishing Derby ceremony in the Entertainment Tent at 2:00PM.
Some poles will be provided however each participant is encouraged to bring their own lucky pole! Bait is provided. Each participant will receive a goody bag! We'll have fun characters wandering the area including Wylie the Walleye!
Bring your kids, the camera, and a lawn chair to enjoy the fun!
